Lake Draper is a great place for Off-Road Riding!

Lake Draper is the home of the CrossTimbers Riding Area, a 960+ acre (and growing) complex for dirt bikes and ATVs.

Note: Side-by-sides & 3-wheelers are not allowed in the riding area.

Apr. 1st - June 1st
Mon - Fri: 9:00 AM - 8:00 PM
Sat - Sun: 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM
Summer Season
June 1st - Sept. 1st
Mon - Fri: 9:00 AM - 9:00 PM
Sat - Sun: 8:00 AM - 9:00 PM
Fall Season
Sept. 1st - Nov. 1st
Mon - Fri: 10:00 AM - 8:00 PM
Sat - Sun: 9:00 AM - 8:00 PM
Winter Season
Nov. 1st - Apr. 1st

Closing Times are indicative of when all vehicles need to be out of the parking area, not tying down bikes, etc. Hours are tentative, subject to change & weather dependent.

The CrossTimbers Riding Area & Campground located at Lake Draper offers a variety of Off-Road Riding areas for both motorized and non-motorized vehicles.

City permits, available at the Marina, are required for the riding area.

The new riding area and trailhead is adjacent to the campground. Rent a campsite for $8/day and have a place to relax while riding.

Motorized Riding:
Adults: Daily: $10 Annual: $75
Children: Daily: $2 Annual: $12
Non-Motorized Riding:
Adults: Daily: $2 Annual: $25
Children: Daily: Free Annual: Free
